● Does not take into account problem determination (lack of control),
● When he finds out about the problem, the superior does not take the necessary measures to eliminate it.

● The command structure (vertical structure) does not work.

● Urgently introduce the principle of command responsibility as mandatory for all togetherness participants.
● Any employee, regardless of their position in the togetherness, can / should initiate the introduction of the principle of command responsibility.

WARNING
There are no conditions for the development of togetherness (groups, organisations and communities) if the superior does not perform the basic function of leadership – coordination in the process of eliminating problems.
