Recently in various discussions with L&D Thought Leaders while in Jakarta, I learned that many of them shared ONE similar insight - How do we train our Future Leaders NOW for Tomorrow? How do we prepare them to Lead & Manage in the CURRENT Age of Disruption?

I have been meaning to share this research done by Cegos Asia Pacific on the 4 areas of focus for Leaders and Managers for 2020 and beyond:

1. Technology

Advances in technology are disrupting the way we do business more than ever. In order to innovate and succeed in a competitive marketplace, leaders and managers need to make the best use of new technologies.

Responses and findings from the CEGOS survey of professionals across the Asia Pacific region:

We have compiled our survey of 16 multiple choice questions through online and phone calls to a select group of audience. A total of 1,042 Leaders, Managers and individual contributors were surveyed across 8 major APAC countries - Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, Philippines, China and India.
