In this episode of #EverydayLeadership, my guests are Davina Williamson and Dean Forbes. Davina currently serves as the Founder and Director of 6 Degrees Talent and co-CEO at Forbes Family Group and she is a qualified yoga teacher.?
Dean has had a phenomenal 20-year career as a Tech Leader and has orchestrated exit deals of over 1 billion dollars throughout his impressive career. They both talked about personal and professional tactics they use to intentionally and deliberately create the lives they want.

“..what actually happened reflecting on it now as an adult is my kind of identity got snatched away from us. I defined myself as being part of that football group and one of the lads and we all trained and we all socialized. So I kind of lost my identity for a minute, and had to figure out who I wanted to be, I wasn't going to be that person anymore. I had to figure out who I wanted to be. And I wasn't very thoughtful about it.” - Dean Forbes
