Those that had achieved the elusive WFH status in years past were spoken of in hushed and revered tones.?But then COVID-19 brute forced our majority into that work paradigm which alarmingly came attached with all sorts of struggles and faults.???

Mental challenges of isolation, distractions from all ends, and team communication that doesn’t quite flow. Let’s not even get into spotty wifi connections. And such a disconnected and unmotivated team can pose a particular challenge for those in leadership roles.?So dear Leaders, we’ve put together a few scenarios and practical advice here to ease some of your concerns.???

Obviously, there’s some sweat involved in maintaining a remote-work team.
