I am curious, what are your thoughts and questions about diversity in today's workforce? Please do not respond with politically-oriented answers, since those tend to be presented as hypotheticals. Rather, answer from a personal viewpoint that explores your own personal experience with diversity in the workforce. What thoughts and questions do you have? What concerns? What hopes? How do you and/or your company address the needs of diversity (if they even do)? And is your workplace becoming more or less diverse? Thanks for sharing!
