Leading Awesome Mid-term Event@TüV SüD: Discussing the new TüV SüD Leadership Commitments

In the ongoing Leading Awesome program at TüV SüD we wanted to bring our new Leadership Commitments to life.

Now, in our mid-term event, we had a really interesting exchange on them. Facilitated by our fantastic sponsors Wei Lu and Dirk von Wahl the roundabout 40 participants of the run exchanged on their experiences with the program and especially with the Leadership Commitments. Afterwards Markus Schwarzenb?ck , Global Head of HR, gave us a keynote on the Leadership Commitments and shared interesting background information.

Our learning? To build up a new leadership culture takes time and the personal engagement of each and every manager.

As Markus said: “It’s not me, it’s not you. It’s us to change our behavior to establish a new leadership culture.”
