Leading is an art; let’s become artists doing it!

There is science behind leading, too. And it is of essence to build a solid foundation by studying literature and building powerful habits. But this alone does not guarantee one to become a leader others will choose to follow.

I started to believe that leadership may be one of the most profound forms of art.

And I was content to find out that other thinks so, too. The others I have in mind are Simon Sinek and Chris Duffin. ??

Suppose the role of a leader is to create a vision that nobody has seen before and then bring that vision into this world. In other words, a leader is to reach into the future and mold their vision into reality – isn’t that an art?

Duffin argues that “transforming these visions from the spark of an idea to reality is no mean feat and demands dedication, authenticity, and unbridled creativity.”

Truly great leaders know their purpose and understand their internal values system; they possess the drive and entrepreneurial vision to bring their philosophies into the world through actions; they have the capacity to bring people together and to bring sustainable transformations.

They inspire us.

And we choose to follow these leaders.

We are all leaders at the end of the day! You and Me! We!

We either lead ourselves, we lead others, we lead businesses, or it is a combination of these. ?

If leadership is an art, we are all artists creating the futures of our desires and bringing our visions into this world.

Let us act like artists creating pieces of remarkable and extraordinary art.
