Leadership?

Question can you really lead? many are placed in a position of leadership. But can you really lead? Well take a look at some of the things that make up the position, the first thing those expected to become followers look at- Vision- Character- Influence these are but three of the most important aspects of the position. Two key items that will kill off any real opportunity to become a true leader -be without conviction- and even a slight hint of being confused.

You can place any one in the position, but being a real leader now that is another thing, in sports when a player is put in the position of leadership and does not have the skill set his team mates will take orders from that player, but respect them in the position not so much.
