Leadership and Vulnerability - what does it mean?

Leadership and vulnerability go hand-in-hand.

Leadership is about taking risks, so being vulnerable is essential in order to build trust with those you lead. Being vulnerable means being willing to show your true self and express who you are, even if it may be uncomfortable or difficult. It also means showing empathy and understanding for people, which allows others to feel safe and accepted.

Vulnerability in leadership:

Ultimately, when leaders display vulnerability, they can create an environment where team members feel safe to take risks, make mistakes, and learn from them; encouraging growth and creativity within teams.
