Due to the current pandemic, workplace culture and the workforce alone have endured one of the biggest resets so maybe it’s time to focus less on the job title and more on the skills necessary to lead during these uncertain times.
As we push through the old norms and create new ones, Leaders and Managers must possess the following skills by 2022 according to The World Economic Forum :
No matter what side you are on in this conversation, one thing still remains:
Some managers do not practice leadership, while some people lead without a managerial role.

3 年This is a great point - we can't always please everyone. Some people aren't our people. We can try our best to listen, take action, be respectful and let people do their work, but it simply might not work out. Not everyone is called to this role and that's ok
