I've been really lucky to work alongside some fantastic leaders who've actually become good friends. They're the kind of bosses who nail the whole empathy thing, communicate with crystal clarity, trust their team implicitly, provide solid mentorship, create a fun environment to work in, and aren't shy about giving credit where it's due. Their leadership style has been a huge influence on my professional journey thus far, and let's just say, they've set the bar pretty high for what effective leadership looks like.

But, as Groucho Marx once quipped, 'I refuse to join any club that would have me as a member.' Even though I've moved on from their team, their legacy continues to inspire me.
