"What makes me the ME... the people around me.. We often say leading from the front, but being in the front seat u always may not know if your people are able to follow you or going to the right direction..the hallmark of a true leader is to nurture and develop people so that they can be self dependent and need not to be dependent on any one. Even seating in the back seat also you can create talent and nurture people by making them realise their true potential and capabilities..you need not to terrorise or force people to do what u want, if you have the sunshine in you, people will follow and will make you the leader.
