Leadership Transformation - How being an Inspirational leader help you differentiate yourself

Good afternoon everyone. Today I am going to talk about a very new topic, which is Leadership Transformation. The economic world order has changed totally after the invention of new digital technologies and emerging technologies. Values have changed, society is changing at a much faster pace. Demographics are changing, inflation is rising. World economic order has changed. The countries names in the categories of Developing countries, developed countries and under developed countries have changed.
In the new economy the definition and traits of leader have also changed:
A leader is not only focused on business growth but on inclusion and diversity. So if you look at the way things and values have changed post-COVID-19, the transformation has also happened in the way a leader is perceived, a leader is groomed and a leader is trained. The way a leader has to be groomed and trained has changed. For family business owners the most difficult task is to do succession planning as at times you might have that metal, but if your kids don't possess that talent then the future of the organization gets into peril.
Analysis and Learnings from the Existing Leadership Programs:
if you have to become a leader, who is unbiased, who is healthy, who is having all the values, who takes care of the growth, not only in business but in stock markets as well. who is unbiased and who is having ethical behavior. Who can lead and who is not just a manager but a true leader? Considering all these aspects we conceptualized a new leadership development program, I gave it a thought and I analyzed the leadership programs from a number of existing leadership coaches and consultants, in what training content are the current offering for the leadership development programs.
Leadership development has been going on for ages. These programs primarily include people management, interpersonal skills management, group behavior management, understanding group dynamics, productivity, time management and stuff like that. Now since the times have changed and I believe there is a way and there is a need, an inherent need in society, to have leaders also change in society. The training pattern and the training material for the leaders also change at the right time.
New World requires New Holistic Leaders:
A leader is going to be a holistic leader. the leader which we used to perceive in our eyes, is not the leader who shouts and barks like a dog in front of the employees. who influences others by money power, who uses unethical means to grab business. The old image of a leader who is autocratic in nature, they don't survive for long in any large organization. you can survive well if you are a small organization of 10/15 people, so whatever behavior you exhibit to people. Since their families are dependent upon your income, they will agree to whatever you say. they will submit to your behavior and they will never even complain basically.
Now I am talking about a leader of USD 100 billion, a USD 10 billion dollar corporation, how their CEOs should behave how their chief leaders or CXOs should behave. perform and what values they should possess. Are they focused on money, are they focused on health, are they focused on performance, are they focused on growth? Are they focused on unethical / ethical means? All that is important.
Now considering all of these aspects, I thought of creating a new leadership development program which should run for 90 days (3 months), it should first diagnose what qualities do you have. Suppose you are already very good in negotiation skill, suppose you are good in financial accumen, suppose you are very good in Time Management, then if the leadership program offers these modules, let's eliminate them.

Now what are the essential mandatory program which we should have in this new holsitic leadership development program? We should have Yoga, a few hours on Yoga. We should have elements of holistic development, we should have meditation as part of this program. We should have running, Jogging, exercising, and sports basically in this new holistic leadership development program.
These things give you physical and mental strength and improve your team behavior. helps you improve how you perform individually and as well as how you perform as a team basically, or how you perform as an organization.
So we conceptualized a 360-degree, holistic program for leadership transformation. the new leader should be tech-savvy, he should have a positive mindset, he should be innovative, he should have a task completion focus in mind. he should be able to inspire employees, stakeholders, promoters, shareholders and vendors equally so that each one of the people or the groups he is touching or influencing, should all work together in the same spirit, this leader is. And this leader can be trained.

Not everyone is welcome in this, which is fine. And also there is going to be a qualifications test, there is going to be a skill assessment, what skills you possess and where do you rate yourself higher and where you don't rate yourself higher. The program is going to be customized and individualistic. It will not be wrong to say that Sh. Sadguru and Sh. Ram Charan are using intense media support and excessive advertising and wrong methodologies to enroll hundreds of people in one program as they are focused on generating more money and more donations in delivering these programs.
