Leadership Training

For the past several months, IMNEWRUN had series of leadership training by Dr. Geun-Tae Han who is a renowned best seller with years of experience in leadership consulting. During the course of these trainings, we were able to learn how to become an effective leader to increase our creativity, productivity and human dynamics. At each training course, we read a book and had much discussion on issues and challenges faced at IMNEWRUN.?

In addition, Dr. Jin-Nyoung Yoo currently serves as an advisor of IMNEWRUN, also a former CTO/President of LG Chemical joined this event to share his experience in leading a global R&D organization.
