Leadership in times of crisis
This crisis is highlighting some of the best and worst behaviors I have seen as a leader. This has made me reflect about leadership, team management and how to continue making a difference in these stressful times. In no particular order, these are my top 10:
1. Give the North Star and be ready to be amazed by the results
2. Time is precious, let’s not waste it in unnecessary activities
3. Empowering authentically will enable people to break free of conventional thinking
4. We all want to do something bigger than ourselves
5. Be clear in communicating, in expectations and feedback
6. Ask for and be authentically opened to feedback
7. Take the time to show people their potential
8. Unity makes strength: keep nurturing it
9. Never take things for granted and keep repeating what is important
10. Work hard, play hard: there is always a few minutes to have some bonding fun.
Per me, resti sempre la migliore. Grazie e un caro abbraccio (a distanza)
