This week's Interview: Deputy Chief of Police, Shawna Coxon

Leadership in Times of Crisis: Interview Series 1 of 4

In times of crisis, everything happens really fast and the actions you take in your business and life influence the people around you. How you show up for your team, your business, your family-- it matters.

You need inspiration, same as me. We all do.

I have been inspired by a number of leaders lately, and I want to support those around me to also be inspired. I have brought together an interview series with 4 fabulous female leaders across 4 sectors. My hope is this series will support you in being the leader that inspires others.

The first interview is with Deputy Chief of Police in Toronto, Shawna Coxon. She is dynamic and her excellence shines through.  Deputy Coxon is in charge of the Communities and Neighbourhoods Command, which includes the proactive policing response of all 16 police divisions in the City of Toronto. With a very diverse background she has had many experiences to draw from including Transformational Task Force where she was the lead for IT and training modernization, as well as the co-lead for Organizational Culture Change. She is a leader to learn from!

Here is the link to sign up. Feel free to share!
