Leadership

Leadership

This quote always comes to me as I am speaking to new Leaders about the challenges of their change in work altitude. They worked hard, learned all they could, did their very best- in essence spent every possible second climbing to get where they are today. Now they must adjust. Now they are responsible not just for themselves but an entire TEAM.

Leadership is always about getting to the next level, but never about arriving there alone. Good Leaders build a path of success for others to follow. Great Leaders clip in and help them move as a TEAM, teaching, guiding and fueling their passion. Climbers win by ascending to the peak. Leaders win by getting their TEAM there first.

Servant Leadership is the vehicle; Passion is the Fuel.
