This helps those who are being led, to buy into the process... To feel ownership in what you are doing… To see how you want it all to come together.

You actually get more from other people if you don’t take all the glory. As it says in Matthew 20:16, “So the last shall be first, and the first last.”

Lead and inspire others to be more by your actions, and trust them in the process. You show them how they can help the team and lead others along the way.
