When something does not work well, it can be pretty obvious. How are your leadership communication skills these days? Are you communicating in a timely way or in only “your time” way? Find out if your current way of operating is working well.
Pushing communication only to meet your schedule can be confusing and frustrating for those that report to you…especially if the communication is not clear or set up with a preface of why something is needed or is important.
Remember, rapport goes both ways. Take a look at your communication techniques and find out if you are in rapport or just being a nuisance.
