Leadership Session- Much to learn.

It's been a since my last article. Today I just want to share an awesome experience during a leadership event organized in our institution.

It was exclusively for the leaders of our entire institution, where we had Directors, principals, Vice principals, and heads of the institutions and i was able to attend the session being a part of our Desing Thinking Core team.

The concept of Design Thinking emerged almost 5 years back in our institutions and I am really proud that I am also playing a key role in the execution of the Institutions' vision

As a junior among all the experienced leaders, it was indeed an experiential session for me. Because I can able to understand that there are some qualities that can be acquired only through experience and I was able to understand that.

The way the leaders approach the messages and the new ideas when introduced was really awesome. They re the moderators between the institution and the Students. They are doing it very diplomatically and exploring all the ways that are possible to reach the vision together. Great applause for that. Happy to be a part of such a wonderful team, where every leader s are shaping the younger generations like us to handle situations and people in a better way.

I would like to thank our management for offering me such a wonderful opportunity.
