Leadership in difficult times. We are in the midst of difficult times... pandemic, material shortages, employment uncertainties, higher prices of raw materials, and others. People affected by variants of the coronavirus. Businesses affected by lack of demand and limited supply. Material shortages due to plant shutdowns and labor shortages. Prices of materials going up due to various reasons. As leaders, we need to understand what reality is now and at the same time we need to show the vision of a better future for our family, our team, our organization, and our nation as a whole.
