During my formative years I had two managers, wanting to learn the best from both of them, I used to keenly observe how they conducted their daily work, meetings and their success.
The first Manager used to be very gentle, never ever objected, but always made a clear point and used to establish rapport with everybody.
My other Manager used to be very aggressive, terror in meetings and it would be always his way. But both of them were achievers.
That’s when it set me thinking that there are many different ways to success, not one right way. This is true for leaders as well.
Men/Women having different way’s, differing personalities, different upbringing, different values all success not because one practices are superior over the other, but their practices and principle are genuine, honest, they believe in what they do and back themselves up fully.
