Leadership Quality: Calmness and Composure
Once Arjun asked Krishna to write something on the wall after reading which a sad person will be happy and a happy person will become sad. Krishna wrote –
"This time is going to pass away"
A leader's demeanour, body language, and general presence all demonstrate their poise. In the dynamic business climate of today, it is obvious that effective leadership is more about the capacity to make people feel safe and comfortable at work than it is about improving people's performance, aptitude, and development.
Leadership is a trait that many people aspire to have. It is also a difficult thing to learn and master. But there are some traits that can be identified as leadership qualities. One of these is calmness. A leader with this trait will be able to make better decisions and take more risks. In the business world, it is essential for leaders to have the ability to remain calm in high-stress situations. This will allow them to make good decisions, think clearly, and respond appropriately when they need to take charge to solve a problem. The ability of one person in an organization or team to remain calm will not only help them but will also help others feel more comfortable during stressful times as well. Leaders need to be composed in order to lead others. They need to have the ability to stay calm and collected in any situation. This is what sets them apart. They need to be able to think on their feet and handle any situation that comes their way.?
The idea that success or failure is not permanent is a powerful one. We often assume that success or failure will be permanent, and this causes us to become stressed, anxious, and unhappy. Some people are even afraid to try because they assume that if they fail, they will never succeed in life. However, the truth is that success and failure are not permanent conditions. They are temporary states of being. When we know this to be true, we can live our lives without fear of failing and without the anxiety of trying something new. So next time you are at the peak of success or at the bottom of a failure, remember,
The more we think about success as a transient, the more we can appreciate it for what it is. We can focus on the moment, not just on the future or past. We can enjoy it without any fear of losing it because there will always be another moment to enjoy success in our lives.
I think that failures are not just transient, but they are also an integral part of our life. They teach us how to improve ourselves and they make us stronger. I think we should embrace the idea of failure because it will make us better people in the long run.
