"You are 30 minutes late today, Go Back home" Your Boss sends you back for being late.
When your Boss promises you relaxation in your working hours and is the first person to complain if you come late or leave early.
When your Boss promises you leave but is the first person to question you that you took leave without informing him.
Is it a bad memory or a bad boss?
If some other person takes the credit of your work performance, How does it have affect on your work performance and health?
Micromanagers do everything within their hold except being a leader and most importantly a good leader.
"Management is about persuading people to do things they do not want to do, while leadership is about inspiring people to do things they never thought they could" -STEVE JOBS
What a good leader does but a Micromanager can't!
1. A good leader earns respect while a micromanager demands respect.
2. A good leader takes into consideration of the company as a whole which includes company goals, work culture and its people whereas micromanager just sees his title and stats.
3. A good leader is always excited and happy when their team achieves great things while a micromanager is threatened from others success.
4. A good leader takes responsibility for actions of their team whereas a micromanager blames their team for any shortfalls.
5. Honesty and transparency are what good leaders maintain with their people whereas micromanager never share the truth with their team.
Good leaders will always make your relax.
If you're having sleepless nights at work, you're under charge of an TOP RATED MICROMANAGER.
Management promoting leadership has a bright future for their organization.
