#Leadership : The Power with Sensibility and Sensitivity
The #leadership is the character it doesn't come by birth it comes with experience, it comes with positive thinking, attitude towards life, growth mindset, being altruistic.
In my quest to unravel the rationale of leadership, I understood it was easy to categorize leadership into three types viz. Technical, Strategic and Cult.
#Technical Leader
1.Great technical leader stay technical all the time
2.They own problem & find solution.
3.They inspire development team
4.They are action oriented & effective communicators
5.They are self aware & quick learners
#Strategic leaders
1.They are built on personal power.
2.They align towards Organization’s vision and mission.
3.They standardize the process & enhance automation.
4.They are business (customer) focused & build capability to sustain.

5.The have excellent articulation skills & tactfulness
Cult leaders
1.They are built by positional powers.
2.They focus on building community based on nepotism (Color, Linguistic, Religion, caste etc.)
3.They believe in monarchy of there hierarchy (Nepotistic people in that group will be at higher level)
4.They take advantage of core technical to ensure successful delivery & communication skilled resources (to spread rumors & narrative in their favor).
5.They camouflage organization senior leaders with Innovation done by core-technical but poor in communication. They will create parallel initiatives to confuse team & restrict senior leaders from questioning
Every rationalistic view points are strengthened by empiristic chords.
Hence, to strengthen my rationalistic view points, I approached a CXO in my network. His feedback is as follows
"For me at higher level there are two types of leaders.?Either you are a leader or you are not Underneath you could be great technical leader?or people leader.?You need to be strategic for both technical and people?and if you are not strategic then you are not a true leader"
"Leadership comes in different flavors.?Humble, Influential, Courageous, Honest, Trustworthy, and many more"
I conclude. The leadership is not just any role, it is not positional power to cater nepotism.
Leadership is the #responsibility to underpin the qualities like #humility, altruism.
