Leadership please respond

Hi All

This is not limited to any one person, organization, or individual.

As a result, I am not emphasizing the name of any individual or group, nor am I

bringing their recognition here.

In a few areas, I may have to use merely the designation to ensure that everyone

understands.

After COVID, I returned to India and started in a new organisation but due to non

conducive environment have to leave.

Following that, several applications were denied because they were not endorsed by anyone. I'm not sure if not responding has become acceptable these days right from HR ranks to?Director and Sr. Director level.

I am not sure even after getting good feedback on the discussion good

opportunities are not coming up where I can use my expertise, learning, my

thoughts and so on.

I'll share some feedback without naming the company or individuals-

  1. “Has excellent communication skills and has completed many deployments and rollouts in over 50 countries. Has a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and the supply chain.??Has experience in pharmaceuticals and garment manufacturing. He has a thorough understanding of Next Gen ERP, as well as the usage of ML and predictive analytics in ERP.?He has also implemented an industry-enabled IoT use case.”

2. “Mr X is happy with the kind of experience you have.” (name changed)

3. “he told very good about you excellent knowledge”

There are many more like this, I don't want to include them all here. unfortunately, there was no response after this......

Few amusing aspect

1.??A respected org. not just in India but even abroad. I applied for a position there, and after a few months, I received a call and an email from their HR department, in which they informed me that my interview would be held on Saturday, and that they would send me a link to the same information through email as well. I waited, but I never received a link. On Saturday, I likewise did not receive any link; when I emailed them at 12 pm, they replied that it had been rescheduled and that I would be notified later. Then, after two weeks, the same thing repeated again. I waited for two months, and when I accessed their candidate log in page, I saw that I had attended two rounds of interviews and then been denied. I was astonished to see this message on it, and I attempted to contact HR using the same email address, but I received no response.

2.??Another organization where I applied, the nothing thing happened: but I recd. a mail "thanks for attending telephonic and face to face discussion, we are keeping your profile on hold for the time being."

I am astounded to receive such a response from a well-known company.

3. Discussion was held, assured that I would receive feedback within 2 wks, but when I called the concerned HR, I was told that I did not have exp. in data modeling. To clarify, there was no talk on data modeling. Second, given domain experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Revenue, Education, and Banking, how can a person not have data modeling knowledge?

When I sought to contact with them on LinkedIn to file a grievance, their

administration declined the connection request. As a result, we as applicants

have no way of voicing our concerns and objections. I am certain that I can

speak with anyone in the selected domain.

4.??Same story with a bank SA interacted for 45 minutes, assured 30 days feedback, it is 90th plus day

I believe by presenting ourselves as professionals, we are separating ourselves

from the people.

Furthermore, this is bad for the industry, and people will lose trust in people; we must maintain and practice?both?professional and personal ethics. Along

with professional relation if people do not have personal touch then they are

not a profession as per Swami Vivekananda By reading books you can be called as learned and not educated”.

There are many more such incident happened.

It is request to all the Sr. Level people stay connected and respond.
