A very close look at the picture above, you will see a boy who is leading a discussion class and how keenly others pay attention ! The exact thoughts that spring up on the minds of individuals on hearing the term a "leader", is all about pride and prestige. Some people see leaders as heroes or great military personnel who have seen it all. In same vein, other narrow minded individuals think of leaders as tyrants, kings or queens with enormous power or having a great position. As lofty as it sounds, on the contrary, having all the fame, money and position in the world, does not make someone a great leader. Thus, great leaders are known by their positive impacts on the society and in the development of human resources which form part of their sacrificial characteristics.
Obviously, something quite certain here is that there is an inherent potential for leadership in everyone of us ; deposited in us for good deeds. People can accomplish a lot if they can stop underestimating their abilities, look inwardly and use the untapped enormous positive energy they have naturally got, to change not only themselves but also the entire society at large. Each of us has some degree of leadership tendencies based on one`s level of functioning. With the right style and refined frame of mind, one can pull other individuals in the direction that can favor the society. In your own space and time in nature, you can be so influential that people will believe in you in whatever disposition in life . Just get the right attitude and you will be amazed at the kind of a leader you become within a limited time.
