Great read does the "blue perspective" change with time, and situation? I often use basic practical common sense approaches through observation since I like to keep it simple. I do appreciate the concept. For me, effective leadership means taking a personalized approach, understanding each individual's needs, and empowering them to excel. I prioritize trust and immediate support, encouraging a culture of self-learning and growth. While training and coaching are important, self-empowerment is the best as you take charge of your growth (leaders and non leaders). Surrounding oneself with excellence and continuous learning from books are crucial. It's essential to provide extra help when needed while promoting a positive culture. Embracing this mindset improves leadership and fosters positive change. I believe in swiftly addressing issues to maintain a healthy environment such as the ones who complain no matter what - we must reinforce smart time not long back-to-back meetings. Lastly, instead of focusing on lack of skills, I advocate for spotting talent and encouraging personal growth look into Ikigai the Japanese concept, fostering a positive and inspiring leadership style where we step up to empower with an abundance mindset.
