Leadership in the New World of Work

Leadership in the New World of Work

The world of work is in turmoil. As a Leader, putting your head in the sand and hoping that things might go back to the way they were pre-pandemic is a recipe for disaster. Employees don’t just want direction in today’s working world; they crave coaching, mentorship, inspiration, and opportunities for professional and personal development.

"If you want to attract and retain talent in organisations today, leaders must adapt."

  1. If you're stuck on where to start, begin with Purpose and Vision. Can everyone on your top team articulate your purpose clearly: What you do, for whom, and why? (in less than 25 words) This is my favourite exercise to do with teams and team leaders.
  2. Next Step is Vision: Are your top team aligned on "What does success look like three years from now?" If not, it's back to the drawing board.

If you're stuck as a senior leader or as an organisation and would like some help getting "unstuck", we are the partner that you need. We are highly practical and outcome focused in our approach. We get excellent client results every time and we have some fun along the way!

..... We have been doing this for almost two decades and there's no greater joy for Amanda & her team than getting a top team working together in the right direction.

As Simon Sinek says: "Begin with Why."
