This Leadership Myth is Back Breaking!

Thank-goodness this Myth is just a Myth! I get that the stories about it are entertaining and ore inspiring but the reality of living it is another story. Here I'm talking about the Myth that you have to learn through the process of 'hard knocks' how to be a great leader. Yes, experience is defiantly a great teacher but the knocks don't have to be so hard if you have learned the skills and techniques that make a great leader.

With all the business books and articles I've read the one thing that rings true is most successful people wish they had of learned more earlier. Yes they got a lot out of their experiences but I'm sure you agree from your own experience that if you had of know just a little bit more things could have been a lot easier.
