Why did Swami Vivekananda die so young? This question made me discover this process of Consciousness. From this concept, I found the concept of a "Leadership Mindset"

Consciousness for Ant : Taking care of self and family members in the tribe (Self, Family)

Consciousness for Pet Dog : Taking care of CARETAKER (Self, Family, Extended Family)

Consciousness for Human: Taking care of people in need in our society while taking care of family and others (Family, Society)

Consciousness for Great Leader: They make sure to work around a cause for humanity like Global warming, policy for Nation Building, Giving access to good food to all members (Humanity)

A leadership Mindset is all about keeping others first while making any decision. The pattern is shown below - Humanity comes as the Top Priority then come the world, country, society, family, and personal

Note : By keeping personal as the last priority we don't mean to stop self-care or our needs first but humanity should be the number 1 thing in mind.

During COVID we could have saved so many people if people understood that their movement (potential carrier of virus) could infect another 100 x 100 people. We understood this quiet lately.

Now take the example of Legends - Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam, Swami Vivekananda, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, and Dalai Lama all served humanity with a focus on everyone's development and that is why they all made it to the Top Leaders list.
