On Leadership, Mentoring and Inspiring

Being a General Manager, it is my greatest honor and pleasure the chance to be able to speak to the team, making sure that I am accessible for anything that they need to discuss with me. Whether from our regular open session Town Hall like General Staff Meeting, a coaching session to one to one mentoring. Love the energy that vibe back to me and hopefully that I gave back to all team members. Being an entrepreneur, recently being invited to speak on Cup Of Moka, Businesss Practice :Creative Thinking and Idea Creation, hosted by Moka Pos on entrepreneurship and was super excited. To learn that people travel to see and wanted to hear your experience it's exciting and nerve wrecking at the same time.

On stage where the speak takes the time, you control the rhythm and can easily gauge the energy level and excitement of the crowd responding to your presentation. 

But the real buzz for me is off the stage, where  people asking you on one on one basis for more info, inputs and idea to get their business performs better. Promise to set aside time for more in depth discussion.

Such a great feeling to be in this position to share and mentors people and will always be seeking the opportunity to share these knowledge that I have found whether as a General Manager or as Entrepreneur  inspiring you team on what to aim for on their next career step or to inspire the likes of  Pak Wayan, who drove all the way from Singaraja,  empowering them to achieve the next level of greatness.

Something that they probably didn't think it possible.
