In the article about "4 steps for building momentum in a new leadership role", I fully recognize the need for collaboration and transparent communication to ensure alignment on goal and strategies. Conflicts on ideas and priorities will happen for sure, part of life, but success cannot happen if the company is working as isolated silos going each one to its own direction without any coherence !
