For those of you who know me, might recognize that continuous learning is part of my own growth ?? mindset. I've to admit, that self learning has become a fix part in my life. As a best practice I have blocked myself every week time in my calendar for learning ???? and for reading to keep the right balance between work, learning and free-time.

What I've experienced is that give the high pace of innovation and changes in my industry, it has become even more important than ever to find time for self-learning and for learning on the job to keep up and to grow ??.

Another great motion, which I'm experiencing is that experts in a certain era are investing time in developing online trainings to make it for everyone easier to learn new exciting stuff. The Microsoft MVP community is a highly motivated community with a lot of passion for technology and a high passion for sharing knowledge with other. Let me bring up two examples where the MVP?s Sabrina G?ttlinger is teaching us great knowledge about "Copilot for Microsoft 365: Use Cases " and Stephan Bisser is giving insights in "Building Extensions for Copilot for Microsoft 365 with Copilot Studio " via self developed LinkedIn Learning Courses. Many thanks for all of those, who contribute like those two experts and help us to learn and grow.

On the other hand side it's exciting how easy it has become to access learning content and to sharpen your skills to stay competitive in your profession with the help of technology and the innovative ways you can access and consume content in all different kind of ways.
