Leadership lessons from Wavelength to kickstart your year!
Wavelength
Wavelength is a UK-based leadership development business with a global reach, bringing the outside in for leaders.
As we enter the first couple of weeks of 2024 we are already (and yet again) reminded of the impact of the shadow cast or beacon lit by individual leaders, whatever role or sector they are in. From politics (where an astonishing 4 billion people, or half the world’s population, are eligible to go to the polls in more than 40 countries during 2024), to the localised impact of ongoing global?crises, leaders?everywhere at every level face continuing uncertainty and disruption.?Strong leadership has never been more keenly needed, nor its lack more keenly felt.
At Wavelength HQ, we are fully focused on helping leaders navigate these tough times and are getting ready to welcome our new?Wavelength Connect?cohort. These 50 leaders begin their nine-month Connect journey in February with their first Peer Working Groups, closely followed by On Your Marks (Class of 2023 pictured above!) Together we will explore? The Future of Business?and build the network, tools, and knowledge needed now and in the future.
February also sees the Wavelength Team head to India to deliver our?Power of Purpose?programme?to 18 leaders inside what we believe is the world's finest, most purpose-led organisation - the astonishing Aravind Eye Care System - and to explore and define their purpose. We will be joined by Wavelength speaker and former?Chief Learning Officer at Unilever Tim Munden , who will lead the group through a workshop that goes deep into an exploration and discovery of personal purpose.
