Meaning: Learn to Tolerate - Nothing is permanent in this world.
Leadership Lesson: The Change is the Only Constant. The great leaders EMBRACE change.
Explanation: Life is the name of an ever-changing phenomenon, nothing lasts forever. Everybody and Everything has its own age limit. It means our life is also temporary not permanent.
Not everyone is meant to stay in your life. Not even a day stay for more than 24 hours. So when even nature is not permanent then how can we expect our situation to be permanent. All our emotions are temporary just like a fragrance of a flower. So, we should be very patient to tolerate every situation. One must learn to adjust in every circumstance.
