I was at Cornell, as you can see from this notepad. I and several other members of the leadership team all personally recruit. I'm on campus, as are several other leaders of the company, and we're all personally interviewing candidates. Because this company, in all companies, they're only as good as the people who work there. If you have great people, you accomplish incredible, incredible things. Unfortunately, the opposite is also true".
