The full course is much more extensive, and includes communication, transformation, and flow. This Intro lets you experience what this amazing course is like, and teaches leadership fundamentals.

Unlike “Agile” training, this course will start you on a path to understanding where true agility and effectiveness come from in today's fast-moving high tech environment, based on research of truly agile companies like SpaceX, Netflix, and others.

The Intro time commitment is not large — just a few hours per week for four weeks.
