Leadership from the heart!

This is a great story about leadership that I feel privilege to share.

I have had the opportunity of getting to know Alexandr Sergheyevich Thoric, (met him through Connect Ottawa, truly an amazing and inspiring man that I would like to introduce you to. He has a truly amazing and inspiring story that needs to be shared!

Alexandr is the Founder of the consulting firm Thor Solution, and I can guarantee he would be an asset to any company or organization that wants to excel in leadership today! He is has many remarkable talents, accomplishments and a very interesting history and this is just ONE story of many that really stood out to me.  

It seems that Alexandr has a passion and unique ability to understand how to make everyone shine by focusing on what each individual excels at. One of his proudest moments he recalled, "his smile widened, he had a spark in his eye" was what seemed as mission impossible.

He was serving as a platoon commander at Special Operation Forces, his task was to create a strong team with soldiers of different nationalities, who had different levels of education, who were from different social levels and status, and he did humbly point out that anyone who was there at the time would have thought this was “mission impossible”.

He took the task on, he understood that he needed to focus on each individuals strengths, empower each of them, make each individual a success story, and in three years he brought together and created the best TEAM that the army had ever seen, you can still feel the excitement and passion as he humbly shares his accomplishment.

So what was his secret? How did he do that? 

Alexandr understood that he needed to focus on each individuals strengths, empower each of them, make each individual a success story.

Yes, those days young First Lieutenant Thoric created the best team the army had ever seen. This is just the tip of the iceberg of what Mr. Thoric shared with me, but honestly what was so exciting for me to hear was his passion to share these skills, so others can succeed. It's a ripple effect.

Alexandr is on a mission to walk Leaders and Executives of corporations through this process of leadership transformation which will empower their employees. Imagine creating the ultimate success story for every individual involved and is part of the TEAM.
