Leadership Fairfax Welcomes the Emerging Leaders Institute Class of 2025

Leadership Fairfax is proud to announce the newest cohort for the Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI) Class of 2025, a dynamic group of professionals from business, nonprofit, and government sectors, ready to grow as influential leaders in their industries and communities.

The Emerging Leaders Institute is a transformative 10-month program designed to help participants strengthen their leadership capabilities. The program offers immersive experiences in key areas such as project management, conflict resolution and negotiation, communications and public speaking, and community engagement. Through these skill-building opportunities, ELI participants will enhance their ability to lead with confidence, both at work and in the community.

Leadership Fairfax’s unique program includes:

• Six hours of individualized professional coaching or mentoring: Tailored support to help participants achieve personal and professional growth.
• Collaboration with a diverse cohort of peers: Networking and connection across business, nonprofit, and government sectors.
• A community service project: A hands-on opportunity to apply learned skills in a meaningful way, making a tangible impact on the community.

With a focus on turning potential into powerful performance, ELI develops leaders who are engaged, strategic, and effective. The faculty of Leadership Fairfax is composed of sought-after trainers and certified leadership coaches, using a "coach approach" to training that fosters a rich, experiential, and personalized learning environment for every participant.
