Leadership by Example

We need to demand that our leaders change. 

They need to lead by example, not by manipulation or force. 

We now live in a world in which no single country or alliance of countries can meet the challenges of global leadership. Many of us are afraid of the rapid change occurring around us. We are embarrassingly unaware of how divided our societies have become. 

Every aspect of our society is being transformed, from our bodies and families to our governments and economies. We are in the midst of a rapid change revolution that will destroy the status quo and enable the seemingly impossible. We need to develop our authentic leadership and emotional intelligence in order to navigate through these changes. We need to inspire the change we want to see in the world through leadership by example.
