If you’re ready to sharpen your leadership skills and make a more significant impact, you’re in the right place.

Let’s begin with today’s first lesson: Discover Your Authentic Leadership Style.

?? What’s Your Leadership Style?

Every leader has a unique approach based on strengths, experiences, and personality. Understanding your style helps you: ? Lead authentically, without trying to imitate others ? Leverage strengths instead of focusing on weaknesses ? Adapt to different team dynamics and challenges

"Leadership is not about being in charge. It’s about taking care of those in your charge." – Simon Sinek

There are many leadership models, but here are five common styles:

1?? The Visionary Leader

?? Inspires with a clear, bold vision ?? Focus: Long-term strategy & innovation ? Best for: Driving change and motivating teams ?? Watch out for: Forgetting the details or execution

Example: Elon Musk’s futuristic vision for Tesla and SpaceX.

2?? The Servant Leader

???? Puts team needs first & empowers others ?? Focus: Team development & collaboration ? Best for: Building a strong, engaged culture ?? Watch out for: Struggling with tough decisions

Example:?Howard Schultz of Starbucks focuses on employees first.

3?? The Democratic Leader

?? Values input & fosters collaboration ?? Focus: Collective decision-making & engagement ? Best for: Teams that thrive on shared ownership ?? Watch out for: Slower decision-making

Example:?Satya Nadella’s leadership at Microsoft encourages open communication.

4?? The Transformational Leader

? Drives innovation & inspires personal growth ?? Focus: Challenging the status quo & motivating others ? Best for: Fast-moving, dynamic teams ?? Watch out for: Burnout—both for self & team

Example: Oprah Winfrey, constantly pushing for transformation.

5?? The Autocratic Leader

?? Makes quick, decisive choices with clear direction ?? Focus: Efficiency, results, and control ? Best for: High-stakes or crises ?? Watch out for: Limited team input & morale issues

Example: Steve Jobs’ intense focus on perfection at Apple.

?? Self-Reflection: What’s Your Leadership Style?

Think about how you naturally lead in different situations. Ask yourself: ?? When my team faces challenges, how do I respond? ?? Do I prefer to guide, collaborate, inspire, or direct? ?? What feedback have I received about my leadership approach?

?? ACTION STEP: Comment below with your leadership style! Which one resonates with you the most? If you're unsure, what’s a leadership challenge you’ve faced?
