I am excited about 2022, as I believe it will be a turnaround year in many aspects. I hope your holidays were fulfilling and restorative. We now look forward to the future.
This leadership forum continues to be very successful. We have had new and returning participants in our sessions, providing great feedback and support. Relevant topics including Virtual Leadership, Relationship and Talent Management have been the focus of discussion.
As a reminder, the objective is to bring leaders of outsourced relationships together in a structured open forum to discuss everything from leadership challenges and identifying how we make a difference for those who lead with us. Selfishly, my goals are twofold: Creating a forum for leaders to continue developing their own leadership acumen (as well as their direct reports) and continuing my doctorate research on leadership competency.
?The current program comprises of 6 Forum on-line calls which started on Aug 5, 2021. The remaining calls are outlined below. I do an anonymous Forum questionnaire specific to leadership and share results prior to each call. This helps guide the topic discussions. The call is completely dedicated to an open dialogue by the participants which I moderate. Take-aways by participants include the data received from the questionnaire, and hopefully enlightening insights through the discussion on requested topics.
