It’s planning season, and I’ve just returned from an in-person retreat where I helped a team work through key issues and underlying tensions ahead of their strategy session. Addressing these challenges beforehand allowed them to approach their 2025 and beyond planning with greater clarity and consciousness—opening the door to deeper connection, collaboration, and innovation.
The next step in their process is to finalize their 2025 strategic objectives and create their company (and then team) OKRs.
