- ‘THE DOOR TO CONNECTEDNESS’: Our extensive research around the topic of hybrid working highlighted a number of the positive impacts of hybrid work, such as employee satisfaction, retention rates and access to talent. And while there is evidence that corporate culture has been eroded - one HBR study found that only 25% of remote or hybrid workers felt connected to their company's culture - our small-scale poll showed that a little creativity (and vulnerability) goes a long way...
