Leadership Development - A random Leadership Article!

Well, I just had my Friday night fun on the on an online game - no win - never mind. However, my brain was in a writing mood which it is usually is. Thus, I thought about just starting to describe what Leadership Development is really about.

Leadership Development is what it ses - practising leadership through the development process. The development process is what you make it, and you can put in all kinds of ingredients from training courses to reading online articles such as this. However, the most important asset you`re going to have is your emotional intelligence.

"We all go through different stages in our lives, and experience a set of different occurances that will either bring us up or down the Emotional Ladder."

The main thing to remember is the kaizen concept here - of always wanting to gain new insights in Leadership Development.

Of course, you`re going to practice different Leadership Styles in your life, from compassionate to servant Leadership - even autocratic for some of us. (Toxic Leadership)

This is cool though thoough as we get older and wiser and dabble in more Leadership Styles - we naturally become more effective Leaders.

Leadership today is more about the continous desire not just to want to improve - but the capacity to want to learn about our Emotions.

What is it that causes our emotions to deplete and rise up. A bit like your body temperature rising up and down. We always change in the human body sense.

Pretty good for most of us that embrace the kaizen concept under the Leadership Development Learning Belt.
