Leadership: A dance between the feminine and masculine within

What is leadership?

To me this is one's ability to recognize first and foremost the leader within. Our abilities to lead need to come from being willing to lead from inside. And that means to be willing to go deep enough to see and know where you want to be. To embody this, and be willing to pave the path as you walk it.

To many this is a challenging path, one of great responsibility, and knowing that the north star is inside is the role of our hearts intelligence. This great wisdom comes to us from a divine source that embodies both the masculine and feminine energies, and it's in this power, that we lead.

Leadership is not about being more in masculine or feminine, it's more about knowing how to dance and harmonize them both within yourself. So when the challenges show up, you can find solutions in a creative state that empowers others around you to see that we can work together to create change. Or when life is in flow and cultivating in a way that feels so perfect and all of a sudden circumstances shift, or a dangerous situation emerges to stay in a state of purpose and responsibility and look after yourself and others.?

Again with focused direction, and intentional communication.

So the question is, does leadership step from being able to communicate with more than language?

The answer is yes, of course. We have over 50,000 expressions in our face that together can formulate millions of feelings based on different perspectives and maps of the world. You see the old adage, “your perception of me, is a reflection of you” is literally magic. It gives us an opportunity to take responsibility for the world around us.? Because, if we have had the curiosity of walking through a path that hasn’t been there before and willing to experience and challenge dichotomies by immersing ourselves into different environments. We can discover this energy in everyone. You tap into an intuitive behavior that feels right and your mindsight becomes clear by taking action. So you make it happen, using the masculine, and trust in it using the feminine. This is within you.

Energy is a combination of our ability to use nurture/nature(fem), and creator/hunter(masc), we are all both and when we can cultivate it within ourselves, we can actually learn to communicate more effectively with our actions than our words.?

And as a result our BEing emerges.

For a society that has been so conditioned by patriarchal philosophy, and a wounded philosophy for that matter, I believe that we are meant to tap more into our feminine nature as leaders, whether you are a man or a woman doesn't matter, it is deeper, it's in the essence of true presence.? To be able to hold space within ourselves as vulnerable beings and have compassion to ourselves and each other. This is true strength.

You see it's in this kindness and peace inside of us that we can begin to illuminate it around us. So when we are willing to go to this depth, we become the leaders of our lives, can stand in our truth and consciously express ourselves with sensitivity, responsibility, and purpose.

Less force and more power, and it's when this happens as a leader you become a magnet of direction for others and once others start to see it in you, the universe is asking you to step into the next stage, which is showing others that what they are seeing is inside of them. Because we are all one.

And so as a leader you become the mirror that others need to find within themselves, and we continue to grow as a family together. This is our evolution as humans, artists, and creators.

We are the creators…
