- Send an email to your peers to let them know that you are available to mentor their staff or friends.
- Reach out to someone you would like to have as a mentor, and ask to meet them for coffee just to talk. No need to make it weirdly formal.
- Email your staff suggesting they find mentors to help guide their careers.
- Discuss how to be a good mentee at your next staff meeting.
- Take 5 minutes and do some Box Breathing (Inhale for 4 seconds, Hold for 4 seconds, Exhale for 4 seconds, Hold for 4 seconds)
