Let us first understand who a Coach and Coachee are.
‘Coachee’ is a term used to describe individuals who are seeking #coaching to help overcome specific challenges or obstacles, support and improve their personal or professional #performance, or may be part of a team or organisation that is receiving coaching to improve their collective performance.
A ‘Coach’ works with the coachee to identify their goals and objectives and to develop a customised #coaching plan that is tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.
