Leadership Class Named
Manhattan (KS) Area Chamber of Commerce
Owner, Manhattan Area Chamber of Commerce
Leadership is the most important element in the development of a community.
Cities and regions across the country are able to establish and maintain strong communities through the leadership of key citizens. Chambers across the country take leadership very seriously, to the point of identifying up-and-coming individuals that could potentially be key leaders in the future, or even today. Manhattan is one of the Chambers that does this.
For?28 years, the Chamber has held leadership sessions over a period of several months. Many of our top civic leaders are graduates from the Manhattan program. The mission of Leadership Manhattan is to ensure the vitality of our community by providing a continuous source of motivated leaders who are educated about the region, its challenges and opportunities, as well as are trained and inspired to assume leadership roles in the Manhattan area at all levels.
